Synopsis
Daniel jumps into the water head first in the summer of 2011. Since then nothing stayed the same. A swirl of pictures from before and after his accident tells a story of falling down and getting up. A cinematic essay about the power of friendship, the fascination of memories and the never-ending feeling of hope.

Director
Daniel Thomaser started working as production manager and producer in 2009. „Nun sehen Sie Folgendes“ won numerous awards, including the German Short Film Award (LOLA). In 2011 an accident changed his life. A spinal core injury resulted in a complete paralysis of most parts of his body. After that he turned his focus towards developing his own ideas. Daniel is currently studying screenwriting at the renowned Deutsche Film- und Fernsehakademie Berlin (dffb). „Head First“ is his debut as director and screenwriter.
